When you’re in emotional pain and finding it difficult to cope with your daily responsibilities, it often helps to talk to someone who is objective, non-judgmental and experienced in helping people to manage the ups and downs that life sometimes brings.  I am experienced in helping parents and their teens and preteens to find ways to peacefully coexist.  I can help when you’re struggling with relationship issues to explore what you need and how to get it.

Utilizing a combination of cognitive behavioral and psychodynamic therapies, I can help you discover solutions and come up with a plan to implement them.  I  am dedicated to improving the lives of my clients.  I provide therapy for adults, seniors, teens and preteens in individual, couples and/or family therapy.
